Willow and Avril Lavigne take their personal growth to greater heights in the new music video for their "G R O W" collaboration, which debuted on Tuesday (Oct. 19).
The 20-year-old pop-punk singer embodies teen angst, from getting into a screaming match in her bedroom with a guy to wreaking havoc on the city in supersize form. Willow celebrates an essential ego death alongside her friend group, as she and the 37-year-old pop-punk princess embrace the song's message of "putting work in, healing myself" and going through growing pains at any stage of life.
The Dana Trippe-directed colorful visual first premiered on MTV Live, mtvU and Viacom Times Square billboards.
"G R O W," featuring Travis Barker on the drums, is featured on Willow's latest studio album lately I feel EVERYTHING, which was released July 16 via MSFTSMusic, Roc Nation and Polydor Records. The album broke into the top 10 of Billboard's Top Rock, Alternative and Independent Albums surveys.
Willow's headlining lifE Tour concludes Tuesday night at Atlanta's Center Stage Theater, but the "Meet Me at Our Spot" singer will continue meeting her fans across the country as she opens for Billie Eilish's Happier Than Ever North American tour starting in February.
